Man charged with 12 grams of crack cocaine; never saw it coming

35-year-old Arthur Kinnard was charged with possession of cocaine with intent after getting caught in a drug bust that was executed at a residence on Wharf Avenue near Downtown Nashville.

On March 24th, police were conducting a narcotics search at 31 Wharf Avenue after receiving a warrant. Arthur Kinnard was located in the residence during the search. Officers found a bag of white rock substance in the kitchen that weighed 12 grams and tested positive for cocaine. Arthur was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Arthur Kinnard was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine with intent. His bond was set at $5,000.
