Couple argues on the way to booking; he gets jealous of officers and she urinates in public

28-year-old Kevin Machon was charged with DUI and resisting arrest and 32-year-old Mikha Piper was charged with public intoxication when they got into an argument on the way to booking and the man got angry when officers assisted his girlfriend out of the cruiser. She had also peed in front of them.

On May 7th, Wilson County Sheriff Officer Lanius stopped a vehicle for improper display and failure to maintain lane. According to the affidavit, the driver Kevin Machon smelled of alcohol and slurred his speech. After displaying impairment on sobriety tasks he was placed in custody. The passenger, Mikha Piper was observed to be obviously intoxicated.

Officers noted that Piper dropped trou and urinated right outside the vehicle. She was transported to booking because she could not find an alternate ride home. During transport, Mikha and Kevin got into an argument prompting the officer to pull over and call for a secondary vehicle. When officers attempted to assist Mikha in exiting the cruiser Kevin became irate and refused to get back in a patrol car.

Mikha Piper was arrested and charged with public intoxication and Kevin Machon was charged with DUI and resisting arrest. Both were released on their own recognizance.
