30-year-old Laquita Gray and 32-year-old Tyeria Clark were charged with theft and joyriding, respectively, after they were seen exiting a stolen vehicle at Baker Station apartments.

On September 4th, Metro Nashville Police were at Baker Station apartments for an entirely unrelated call when they spotted a Nissan Altima with an Indiana plate.

Authorities knew this apartment complex and particular parking spot as a location where stolen vehicles are often left. A search of the license plate returned as stolen to police, and afterward, both parties were seen exiting the vehicle. Both were taken into custody.

Laquita Gray was arrested and charged with theft over $10,000, and her bond was set at $5,000. Tyeria Clark was arrested and charged with joyriding, and she was later freed on pre-trial release.
