49-year-old Christopher Holmes was charged with three counts of burglary, two counts of theft, and vandalism, after he was caught on camera pulling on door handles to closed businesses, and leaving with electronics.
On November 30th, according to the arrest warrant, a man identified by police as Christopher Holmes entered the Cornerstone Associates building located at 530 Church Street while the location was closed. Multiple individual businesses are known to be housed in this building. Security cameras at the facility caught Holmes exiting an elevator into Fly and Form Structures, located on the third floor, and begin to check for unlocked doors.
Holmes eventually exits the floor with a laptop bag in hand. The fifth floor was also said to be broken into, in which an iPad Pro and iPad accessories were stolen from office number 501. This office, owned by the Tennessee Association of Chiefs of Police, was broken into using a lobby chair to break out the glass door.
On December 4th, Christopher Holmes was arrested and charged with three counts of burglary, two counts of theft, and vandalism. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $46,000 bond.
