Metro Police say 28-year-old Brianna Luster was once in a relationship with Orlexus Elliott. That ended, and now Orlexus is dating Brianna’s ex-husband, and that’s caused issues in Cashville. Court records show Brianna found Orlexus parked outside her house Sunday morning and beat her with a large stick, which police classified as a ‘deadly weapon’. Brianna was booked into jail Tuesday and is free on a $2,500 bond.

| On 09/26/2021 at 0308 hours officers were dispatched to 667 Dew st in regards to an aggravated assault involving a weapon. Officers spoke with the victim who stated she was outside her residence parked in her vehicle on the street. The victim stated the defendant approached her vehicle with a large stick. The victim stated to officers that the defendant is unhappy with her because the victim is dating the defendant’s ex-husband. The victim stated while exiting the vehicle the defendant struck her with the stick several times on the arms and the back of her head. The victim did display a bump on her forearm that she states was caused by the stick hitting her arm. The victim stated the incident was captured on video at the residence but pd was unable to retrieve the video at the time of the report. The dispatcher who took the 911 call from the victim stated they were able to hear aguing in the background and a woman yelling about her husband. the victim stated that the defendant left shortly after the 911 call. The victim and defendant were in a dating relationship at one time. |
