25-year-old washed-up former real estate agent Robbierre ‘Robbie’ Armstrong was found heavily intoxicated and soaked in urine on 4th Ave North in downtown Nashville just before 4 a.m. Saturday. Officers say he appears to be “asleep while standing” when they encountered him, and he was incoherent and unable to communicate effectively. He was offered a ride to his home but refused to provide officers with a proper address. He became verbally abusive with medics who arrived to assist him and began to scream and cause a disturbance. As he was being placed into custody for disorderly conduct, Armstrong pulled his hands away and refused to be cuffed. After a brief struggle, he was taken into custody and transported to booking.
