22-year-old Michael Bracken-Baker was pinned to the ground by security on the fourth floor of Jason Aldean’s bar in downtown Nashville Sunday due to his disorderly conduct. Metro Nashville Police officers were alerted to the scene and quickly arrived. Bracken-Baker was ordered to stand and place his hands behind his back but refused. Officers were able to get him cuffed and had to carry him down the steps due to his level of intoxication. Once outside, he was placed back onto his feet, at which time he kicked the two officers who were walking behind him.
Michael Bracken-Baker of Hunting Camp Rd in Fairview Height, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on June 18th, charged with two counts of assault of officer and disorderly conduct. He is free on a $4,500 bond,
