22-year-old Taylor Newell was drinking at the Arrington Wine Bar and Grill Sunday afternoon when she became so drunk she could not stand up, according to Airport Police. Officers found her passed out and slouched in a chair in the bar. As she woke up, she remained visibly intoxicated and reeked of alcohol. She then fell over into a seating area where people were sitting and had to be caught by police.
Taylor Newell was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on June 18th, charged with June 18th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $100.
