Wisconsin tourists 37-year-old Renee Decleene and her 38-year-old brother Jacob Decleene were both told to leave the Hyatt Hotel in downtown Nashville multiple times late Friday night but refused to do so. Jacob locked the hotel room door and deadbolted it, barricading themselves inside the room. Police ordered them out at least seven times before forcefully entering the room by breaking down the door.
Renee E. Decleene of W Moltke Ave in South Milwaukee, WI, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on June 9th, charged with criminal trespass. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave her pre-trial release from their facility.

I want to start seeing these out of towners pay for the police cost of their arrest. And all other costs associated with their stupidity.
i was there and what actually happened was me and my wife got into a small argument. i went straight to bed because i was drinking and logic goes out the window at that point. The hotel told my wife to leave in a seperate area . which she did. mimd you me and my sisster were already sleeping. another fun fact is her name wasnt the one on the room . so at that point they told a stranger to leave . i woke up to a fishing tool under the door trying to hook door knob. at that point i didnt really know what was going on and went to door . looked thru peep hole that had duct tape over it. i was beyond pissed off how they went about this and didnt really care to open door. tactical and aggressive. and secretly trying to enter a hotel that is considered my home for the 3 days . after they used a card to simple open door and at that point i stopped resisting. facts are i got out of jail that same at 12am and now had no place to go. walked st until i was tired went back to my hotel went to bed in the same hotel that i was allegedly kicked out of and went to sleep. you need to use card at main entry elevator and room which hotel can terminate but they didnt. woke up to house keeping and then i got up to get ready. cops then came that morning this time handled like i am a person. simply opened door asked me to leave and i said okay they allowed me to grab my belongings. also while i was out the next day in broad daylight there was a homless guy smoking crack in a pipe right infront of kids and consumers at the restaurant. we had a blast the rest of the vacation laughing at all of it like the uner rides to different hotels. and wverything else . this was my first time getting arrested and i am 40 i thought that was pretty cool aswell. mlk said it best people with the loudest megaphone control the narrative . owe i paid $1000 for a lawyer because i wasnt gonna drive back and forth and did 18hts community service which was awesome . i believe that because its a tourists spot they can pull this bs and get away with it and im sure the lawyers cops and city are all sleeping together . win win win and also a win for me . i loved everypart of it but the way the escalated it
which kind of glad for that cause i wouldnt have went to jail which wasnt on my bucket list but definitely checked it off. will be back because i love country music the environment and the pot of people down on broadway all having a good time . peace
