36-year-old Joshua Freeman Turner was involved in a car accident at 15th Avenue on December 3rd. Officers arrived and were advised by security from a nearby business that Turner was drinking before getting into the accident in the parking lot. Turner consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, refused to provide a blood or breath sample, and was taken into custody for driving under the influence and implied consent.
Joshua Freeman Turner of Huntington Drive in Murfreesboro, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on December 3rd, charged with implied consent and DUI. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
