‘STARLITO’ in Court Today for Batter’d & Fried Shooting – Felony Case Bound Over to Grand Jury

Jermaine Shute (Better known as ‘Starlito’) appeared in a Nashville Court this morning to answer for charges of Aggravated Assault & Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, both charges stemming from an August shooting at Batter’d & Fried in East Nashville. The DA’s office dropped the gun charge, but will move forward on the FELONY AGGRAVATED ASSAULT charge, and bound it over to the Grand Jury.
