The Davidson County Grand Jury has indicted former Cheatham County Deputy Tyler Temple for his role in an off-duty assault on a civilian at Top Golf in Nashville in December. Temple, along with 2 other officers, was terminated in February. He was booked into the Metro Jail overnight. The now unsealed Grand Jury Indictment charges Tyler Dale Temple with assault.
