Chris Allard unable to find his Airbnb after being found drunk outside MNPD Central Precinct

36-year-old Chris Allard showed signs of impairment near the MNPD Central Precinct on Korean Veterans Boulevard in the early hours of April 26th. Officers observed this, and asked Allard if he was okay. Allard told them that he was trying to find his Airbnb, adding that he was staying at “South of Broadway.” He could not provide officers the address to his Airbnb. Allard also could not find his phone or wallet. Officers drove him to Hyatt House and spoke to hotel staff, who told them Allard did not have a room assigned to him. Officers then deemed Allard unable to care for himself and detained him. Allard was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Christian Grecco deemed too drunk for downtown Nashville

30-year-old Christian Grecco was found unconscious near Representative John Lewis Way and Demonbreun Street around 11:32 p.m. on April 27th. Officers arrived and were advised that Grecco declined medical attention. Officers told him that, due to his level of intoxication, he should go to the hospital, which he refused. After the medics rendered aid, Grecco told them he was returning to his hotel. Officers asked him where it was located, but he could not provide that information. Grecco told officers he was in Nashville with his friends but could not reach them. Grecco was deemed a danger to himself and was taken into custody for public intoxication on April 28th.

Robert Williamson struggles to stand up after drinking at Nashville International Airport

37-year-old Robert James Williamson was taken into custody for public intoxication on April 25th.  At around 9:25 p.m., officers were called to the TSA checkpoint at BNA Airport regarding an intoxicated individual, later identified as Williamson. When they arrived, they noticed he struggled to stand up and reeked of alcohol. Officers repeatedly asked him to provide them with his driver’s license, during which he kept forgetting what he was doing. Then, Williamson told them he traveled with a co-worker, who was already at her gate. So, officers asked him if he could call her to ensure his safety, but he did not. Officers deemed him unable to care for himself and then detained him for the occurrence.

Kerrianne Horvatin deemed too drunk for Nashville International Airport

45-year-old Kerrianne Horvatin was taken into custody for public intoxication on April 25th. At around 8:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Southwest Ticket Counter at BNA Airport. Upon arrival, they located Horvatin and spoke with Southwest Airlines employees, who advised them that she had been denied boarding due to her level of intoxication, adding that she had fallen nearly four times. Then, Horvatin told officers that she had consumed multiple alcoholic beverages before arriving at the airport, including while riding in her Uber. She could not locate her items, refused assistance finding a hotel for the night, and demanded to stay on airport property. She was then detained for the incident.

Keith Naples drunkenly uproots plants at The Drift Hotel

39-year-old Keith Naples pulled the plants off the property at The Drift Hotel on Interstate Drive late April 21st. Upon arrival, officers spoke with security, who advised that a bald, white male wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans, later identified as Naples, was uprooting the plants. They located him behind the hotel, showing numerous signs of impairment and reeking of alcohol. Then, officers observed a plant ripped out, which the hotel staff replanted, adding that they did not wish to prosecute for the vandalism. Naples was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Franklin Neal high on crystal meth, passes out behind Wingstop on Old Hickory Boulevard

39-year-old Franklin Neal was found passed out behind Wingstop on Old Hickory Boulevard late April 20th. Upon arrival, officers located Neal and noticed he kept dozing off, showing signs of impairment, so they deemed him a danger to himself and others. When they stood him up, they saw a small baggie of crystal meth underneath him. Neal was then taken into custody for simple possession and public intoxication.

Juan Hinojosa Jr. drags wife by her hair during argument in downtown Nashville

40-year-old Juan Antonio Hinojosa Jr. had a domestic incident with his wife, Kimberly Marie Hinojosa, near Peabody Street and Hermitage Avenue in the early hours of April 20th. Officers observed Hinojosa Jr. following his wife, yelling at her on the sidewalk before grabbing her hair from behind and dragging her to the ground. Officers requested assistance and approached the couple. Officers noticed a minor abrasion to Kimberly’s shin and detained Hinojosa Jr., who showed numerous signs of impairment as officers arrested him. Juan Antonio Hinojosa Jr. was taken into custody for public intoxication and domestic assault on April 21st.

Freddy Leyva drunkenly threatens to slap police officer in downtown Nashville

36-year-old Freddy Leyva was taken into custody for public intoxication on April 22nd. Late April 21st,  officers were flagged down regarding two “overly intoxicated” individuals near 3rd Avenue North and Commerce Street, one of which was later identified as Leyva. When officers arrived, they noticed he showed signs of impairment and alerted the medics, who transported the other unidentified female for medical evaluation. While waiting for the medical unit, officers asked Leyva what the relationship between him and the unidentified female was, causing Leyva to become aggressive. Leyva then threatened to slap an officer, so officers detained him. When medics arrived, Leyva was deemed a danger to himself and others after refusing all medical services. Leyva was taken into custody for public intoxication.  

Bujar Troni threatens to fight cab driver after supposed traffic infraction

34-year-old Florida Man Bujar Troni was being disorderly in a taxicab around 8 p.m. on April 20th. The driver flagged officers down, advising that Troni kept following him, wanting to fight him because of a traffic infraction that Troni believed he saw. He added that he had hit his taxicab while walking by. Officers observed Troni in the middle of the road, yelling at the taxicab driver, so they told him that he needed to leave and not interact with the driver again. After warning him, Troni disregarded the officer’s commands and continued threatening the driver. Officers then noticed he smelled like alcohol and was having trouble standing up straight. Troni was taken into custody for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.  

Carter Driscoll kicked out of Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge

26-year-old Carter Robert Driscoll was taken into custody for public intoxication on April 20th. Around 9 p.m., officers were flagged down by Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge security regarding an impaired individual, later identified as Driscoll. When officers arrived, he had already been detained by security. Officers noticed he had enlarged pupils, was very pale, and sweated profusely, consistent with someone who is under the influence of alcohol or narcotics. Then, officers spoke with security, who stated Driscoll had pushed her and other patrons while in the establishment. She added that he was talking gibberish and declined medical assistance. Driscoll was mumbling nonsensical phrases and refused to answer any officers. He was then deemed a danger to himself and others and was taken into custody for public intoxication.
