24-year-old Keith Caldwell Jr was charged with aggravated burglary after stealing multiple items from his downstairs neighbor.

On February 5th, a burglary occurred in broad daylight at an apartment on Bell Road. The perpetrator, later identified as Keith Caldwell Jr, forced his way into the residence through the back window. There were 2 iPads, 2 televisions, jewelry, a Google Chromecast, and a Comcast flex that were taken. The value of all the items totaled $1,200. The iPad was sold at 3:53 p.m. on the day of the burglary and Keith received $4.00 from the ATM for the iPad. Keith never had permission to enter Brianna’s apartment or to steal or sell any of the items taken. Brianna was able to identify Keith as the suspect because he lives above her in the same apartment complex.

Keith Caldwell was arrested on March 4th and charged with Aggravated Burglary. His bond was set at $25,000.
