23-year-old Bayron Santos-Recarte was charged with aggravated assault after a witness saw him punching his girlfriend in the face several times outside before she was taken to Skyline Hospital with a broken nose and possible broken jaw.
On September 17th, Metro Nashville Police Officers arrived at Skyline Hospital after dispatch informed them that Alba Moscoso was transported there. Alba explained was at the hospital due to an assault that started after an argument with her boyfriend, Bayron Santos-Recarte.
She reported they were arguing about Bayron wanting to leave when he began punching her in the face. The fight continued outside and a witness, Keith, saw Bayron punch Alba in the face several times while standing over top of her. Keith said that he yelled at the man causing him to flee. Medical personnel informed police that she had a broken nose as well as a possible broken jaw.
Bayron Santos-Recarte was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
