Amber was asked to leave. She placed the items she wanted to purchase on the counter and walked outside to the parking lot. The two continued to exchange verbal threats and yell at one another as Amber exited the store. Once outside, Shellie came around from the counter and ran out the door with a pink pocket knife in her hand. She approached the victim with the knife in the parking lot and held it close to Amber’s neck and head area.

Amber advised she was in fear for her life at this point which resulted in a small scuffle. Amber proceeded to grab Shellie and pushed her to the ground to defend herself from being stabbed. No one was injured with the knife. Amber did endure a small scratch on her hand and Shellie sustained a scraped knee. Police reviewed the store video footage of the incident and verified Amber’s side of the story.
