21-year-old Jacob Nipper (AKA Jake King) is free on a $10,000 bond, via Smiley’s Bail Bonding, after police located over 100 sexual images and videos of minor boys, some as young as toddlers, in his online storage accounts. He admitted to watching the videos approximately once per week, and when asked if he had an attraction to minor boys, he told a detective that he didn’t anymore, however, he might have in the past. Nipper is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor, full details in story below.

| On or about July 11, 2021 Dropbox reported to NCMEC that an account with the name “Jake King” with verified email address jacobnipper***@gmail.com possessed over 100 sexual videos of minors. Your Affiant viewed some of the videos and found that the videos showed minor males engaged in sexual activity including fellatio and anal sex. The videos included prepubescent boys and some as young as toddlers. The videos clearly show minors engaged in sexual activity as defined in T.C.A. Code 39-17-1002 and are in violation of T.C.A. Code 39-17-1003. Dropbox also included IP addresses that were used to log into the account. A subpoena was issued to AT&T for subscriber information for two of the IP addresses used to log into the account. AT&T responded stating that the IP address was assigned to Joshua Nipper at 1005 Hickory Hills LN. Apt. A-210, Hermitage TN. 37076. On November 11, 2021 a search warrant was executed at 1005 Hickory Hills LN and the defendant was interviewed. During the interview, the defendant admitted that the Dropbox account “Jake King” with verified email address jacobnipper***@gmail.com was his and that he knew he possessed sexual videos of minors in the account. The defendant stated that when Dropbox locked him out of his account, he knew it was because of the sexual videos of minors in the account. The defendant stated he deleted his Dropbox account and another cloud storage (Mega) which also had sexual videos of minors after being locked out of his Dropbox account. When asked if the defendant had a sexual attraction to minor boys, he stated not anymore however he might have in the past. The defendant also admitted that prior to being locked out of his Dropbox account he viewed sexual videos of minors about once a week. The defendant stated he moved into the 1005 HIckory Hills LN, Apt. A-210 residence with his brother Joshua in March 2021, prior to being locked out of his Dropbox account. |
