18-year-old Levi Pilgrim was jailed Saturday afternoon after he was found to be buying and drinking alcohol inside Nissan Stadium. Apex security initially detained Pilgrim, along with the fake ID he was using to purchase the alcohol. Metro Nashville Police arrived and took him into custody, charging him with public intoxication.
Police say 47-year-old Susan Ray was employed as a Manager at a Charlotte Pike McDonalds by Grayco Management in 2019. From January until September of that year, she hired her spouse into the store’s payroll system and manually entered hours into the system each pay period for which he never actually worked. The funds were distributed to the couple’s joint bank account as payroll. In total, she stole $6,089.16 during the period.
26-year-old Elijah Gang was driving around in a recently crashed vehicle when he drove right into an area which police were preparing for the NYE event in downtown Nashville. An officer approached him to make sure he was ok, and that he realized how damaged his vehicle was. The front-end had heavy damage and the left front tire was completely flat. Gang reeked of alcohol and refused to answer most questions.
Inside the Toyota Rav4 was an open Miller High Life beer can and multiple cans of Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Things. Gang was charged with DUI, violation of the implied consent law, and open containers. He was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail, just a few blocks away, and is free on pre-trial release.
21-year-old Jacob Nipper (AKA Jake King) is free on a $10,000 bond, via Smiley’s Bail Bonding, after police located over 100 sexual images and videos of minor boys, some as young as toddlers, in his online storage accounts. He admitted to watching the videos approximately once per week, and when asked if he had an attraction to minor boys, he told a detective that he didn’t anymore, however, he might have in the past. Nipper is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor, full details in story.
24-year-old daycare owner Shashawna Southall, of Knoxville, was expelled from the Opryland Hotel on April 18th, and attempted to get into a vehicle with her four young children and drive away while heavily intoxicated, police say. Witnesses say she was being irate in the hotel lobby and was barely able to stand.
28-year-old Chelsea Clark was charged with domestic assault, harassment, and vandalism after she punched her fiance in the face, pulled some of his hair out, punched his TV, and then later blew his phone up while calling from a hotel in Knoxville, per report.
Brandon David Mackay, 39, of Knoxville, is charged this morning with vehicular homicide by intoxication and driving on a suspended license
