29-year-old Joshua Mantooth is charged with felony aggravated assault/strangulation and misdemeanor domestic assault after his girlfriend reported he punched her repeatedly in the face on the drive home, and then strangled her over and over once back at their residence. Police found the victim’s face cut open, bruised, swollen, and still bleeding when they arrived… but court documents now reveal that wasn’t the only time he’s been abusive against women.
46-year-old Curtis Saxbury, a business owner from Missouri visiting Nashville for his birthday was arrested over the weekend after police say he told his wife he was about to grab the ass of a Metro Nashville Police Officer conducting mask enforcement and then did just that. The officer reports the contact was ‘very intentional’ as he got a grip on her right buttock.
36-year-old Mark Metz was charged with theft, resisting arrest, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, and possession of a firearm in commission of a felony when police responded to a call of one man threatening to shoot another.

33-year-old Jenni Terry is charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment after police say she smashed a wine bottle into her boyfriend’s face, pulled him back into the house when he tried to flee, tossed him onto the ground, and then threw what was left of the wine bottle at him as he eventually escaped.
39-year-old Nashville realtor Tawntane Yates is free on a $10,000 bond after her husband had to lock himself in a car in their driveway to stay safe until police arrived, after she came at him with scissors, attempting to stab him.

Metro Police have charged Nicquise Trevon Betts, 23, with felony reckless endangerment after they say he raised a pistol in the air and fired 15 shots while talking on the phone just before 2 a.m. Thursday morning. After Dallas Cook’s fingerprints came back as a match to an open burglary case, MNPD officers attempted to serve him with the warrant on Monday. He briefly evaded them at his back door, and once they caught up with him, police say he fought with them, even after he was taken to the ground.
