Metro Nashville Police say 46-year-old Lynn Flick told them he was coming from drinking “two hard seltzers” at Tribe Bar on Church Street when he crashed his Jeep Liberty into fixtures on McGavock Pike, fled the scene of the wreck, and began hopping fences into backyards. One witness, who provided cell phone video of the incident, says he appeared to be asleep behind the wheel at the time of the crash. As police found him, they noted he was “clumsily” climbing over a fence gate, which was obviously unlocked and he could have simply opened. He is charged with DUI 2nd, and is free on pre-trial release.
21-year-old Jacob Nipper (AKA Jake King) is free on a $10,000 bond, via Smiley’s Bail Bonding, after police located over 100 sexual images and videos of minor boys, some as young as toddlers, in his online storage accounts. He admitted to watching the videos approximately once per week, and when asked if he had an attraction to minor boys, he told a detective that he didn’t anymore, however, he might have in the past. Metro Nashville Police say 22-year-old Delonta Burleson had been kicked out of an establishment by security at 2622 Jefferson Street in the pre-daylight hours on Sunday. He was described as being in a “heightened emotional state” when he then returned to the property, picked up a traffic cone, and threw it at Kylan King. Burleson was charged with assault and is free on a $1,000 bond.
28-year-old Alexia Dunn is charged with the aggravated kidnapping and strangulation of her wife, Quenticia, after accusing her of having a new lover while the couple is preparing to finalize their divorce. Court records indicated she pulled a handgun on her wife and stated “we gonna die tonight, till death do us part!”, grabbed her by the neck and pressed her against a wall until she went limp, smashed her phone so she was unable to call for help, and when she was able to escape to ask a neighbor for help, Alexia physically picked her up and forced her back inside the residence. Alexia Dunn is free on a $35,000 bond.
31-year-old Heather Helm is charged with domestic assault after he reportedly got into an argument with this girlfriend in a Goodlettsville Hotel room and pushed her out the door. He claims the pair had just broken up and were both physical at each other, but was determined to be the primary aggressor. He is free on a $1,000 bond.
34-year-old Trovaski Holt was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Sunday after his boyfriend showed police the injuries on his neck, alleging that Holt trapped him in a closet, pushed him against a wall, and strangled him. The boyfriend, Andrew Comerford, was also arrested on two outstanding warrants for violating his probation.
21-year-old Andrew ‘Andy’ Adamczyk is charged with the sexual battery of a female at Play Dance Bar during the foam party this weekend. The victim alleges he grabbed her by the vagina, lifting her up and moving her to another part of the club and sitting her down, then followed her to the restroom where he kissed her without consent.
19-year-old Zion Lacy appeared in Juvenile court this week and waived his hearing, agreeing to transfer his case to adult criminal court, where he is now charged with 20 counts of rape of a child from when he was 16, and the male victim was 11 & 12. He is free on a $60,000 bond.
33-year-old Ramone Dickson was charged with aggravated assault, aggravated rape, robbery, and weapon possession charges after forcing a Clarksville man to swap oral sex acts with each other at gunpoint and then damaging his orbital socket. Clarksville police have received multiple reports of assaults via dating apps this week.
25-year-old Thaddeus Delk & 26-year-old Tony Turner were taken into custody by Nashville Airport Police after K9 Havoc assisted in a search. Delk was already under investigation and identified the other male he was traveling with. Between the pair, police seized 19.5 pounds of marijuana bud & related THC items, among 8 vacuum sealed bricks.
