60-year-old Rober Eberhardt, of Arizona, is charged with disorderly conduct after he was at Lucky Bastard Saloon in downtown Nashville this weekend and became upset after his wife suffered an injury and security escorted him out of the venue. He attempted to re-enter the establishment, at which time Officer Sizemore told him he could not re-enter, and he grabbed the police officer’s shoulder with both hands and pushed him backward. He was transported to booking, charged with disorderly conduct, and is free on pre-trial release.

| On 11/13/2021 at approximately 2130 hours, I responded to 408 Broadway (Lucky Bastard Saloon). Officer Sizemore advised he called an ambulance for the defendant’s wife who suffered an injury to her arm. The defendant became upset and was causing a disturbance inside the bar. Security escorted him out of the bar. The defendant became verbally aggressive and attempted to re-enter the bar. Office Sizemore stood in front of the defendant and told him he could not re-enter the bar. The defendant with his hands grabbed officer Sizemore in the shoulder area with both hands and started to push him backward. Other Officers arrived on the scene and took the defendant into custody. |
