30-year-old Nashville Real Estate Investor Parker McCracken ran his Lexus SUV off the roadway on E. Ashland Drive in the early hours of Saturday morning. He claimed he lost control due to the wet conditions and denied drinking any alcohol. Officers say McCracken reeked of alcohol and had slurred speech and glossy bloodshot eyes. McCracken refused all testing and was taken into custody, charged with driving under the influence.
Parker W. McCracken of Whitney Ave in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 22nd, charged with driving under the influence and implied consent violation. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $3,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
