26-year-old Lisa Cirigliano was fighting another individual near Symphony Place in downtown Nashville late Sunday evening. She was heavily intoxicated, and medical personnel arrived to check on her welfare. She continued to be disorderly and uncooperative, as noted by police when they also arrived at the scene. She was yelling and screaming that she was “not going to get arrested!” and began resisting arrest as she was detained. She continued to be aggressive with officers after she was handcuffed and kicked the windows of the patrol car. Hobble restraints were applied, and she began to bang her head on the patrol car’s window before being transported to booking.
