46-year-old Richard Reid had a domestic disturbance with his ex-girlfriend, Andrea Galarza, at his Central Pike Apartment on May 30th. Reid told responding officers that he let Galarza into his unit to pick up her car keys. Then, he said, she broke a few dishes and his deceased cat’s urn when she entered his home. He admitted that once he had seen the mess, he pushed her down on her back, leaving a minor cut. Reid was taken into custody for domestic assault.

Fiona Rust pulls mother’s hair, assaults aunt during altercation

24-year-old Fiona Rust had a domestic altercation with her aunt, Kelly Hoskins, and her mother, Megan McNally at a Stafford Drive Residence on March 21st. Officers arrived and then spoke with McNally, who stated that Rust attacked her after a verbal argument that led to them pulling each other’s hair. McNally added that Rust dug her fingernail into her left ear, causing it to bleed. Officers observed that McNally had missing hair and blood coming from her ear. Then, Hoskins said she tried to separate them, during which Rust pushed her. Hoskins told officers that Rust and McNally have a history of domestic disputes. Officers verified this via bond conditions from a previous incident in August 2023. Rust was deemed as the primary aggressor and then was placed into custody for domestic assault.

Mason Wright deemed too drunk for Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk in downtown Nashville

22-year-old Mason Wright was involved in a fight at Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk in Downtown Nashville on December 16th. Officers arrived and observed Wright to be visibly intoxicated and unable to reply when spoken to. He was warned earlier to leave the property and was deemed unfit to take care of himself, so he was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Khalifa Shaikh fights multiple people outside bar

49-year-old Khalifa Shaikh was found outside of a bar engaging in physical altercations with multiple individuals on November 12. Officers immediately placed Shaikh under arrest, and when attempting to handcuff him, he held his hand apart to avoid arrest. Shaikh was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Cody Westover passes out on sidewalk in downtown Nashville

35-year-old Cody Westover was found passed out on the sidewalk by Lucky Bastard Saloon early Saturday morning by downtown officers. He could not stand on his own and had slurred speech during an attempted conversation. Westover refused all medical treatment and was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Michael Branden reeked of alcohol and urine outside Savannah’s Candy Kitchen in downtown Nashville

29-year-old Michael Branden was at Savannah’s Candy Kitchen on Broadway in downtown Nashville late Friday night, sleeping outside the front door. He reeked of alcohol and was covered in urine. He refused all medical assistance and had no one to retrieve him. Branden was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Joseph Wells jailed after disorderly conduct in downtown Nashville

Officers were dispatched to the intersection of 3rd Ave. South and Demonbreun St. on September 30th regarding a disorderly individual. 45-year-old Joseph Wells was seen cursing and yelling at pedestrians even after officers advised him to stop. Wells was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Clarksville Firefighter Garrett Skeens jailed after fighting in downtown Nashville

30-year-old Clarksville Fire Department Engineer Garrett Skeens was fighting another person outside Honky Tonk Central Sunday night in downtown Nashville, according to police. The two told police that they did not wish to prosecute each other. However, police saw Garrett fighting again outside Jason Aldean’s bar a short time later. When police spoke to Garrett, they described him as visibly intoxicated. Officers then placed him into custody for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. According to Clarksville Fire Rescue, he is an engineer four with years of service.

Realtor David Butera jailed after becoming too drunk in public in downtown Nashville

55-year-old Franklin eXp Realtor David Butera was found outside Honky Tonk Central by police last Sunday, unsteady on his feet. Police smelled alcohol on his breath while he slurred his speech and noticed that his eyes were red. Due to his inability to care for himself in public, he was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Armando Mantoa: Nashville alcohol claims another tourist

21-year-old Armando Mantoa was jailed on July 2nd after employees from Sun Diner reported a man was passed out drunk in front of the business. When officers arrived, Mantoa was startled and tried to walk off. He smelled of alcohol as he slurred his words to the police. He had red glossy eyes and was unsteady on his feet; unable to stand up straight. He couldn’t identify himself and didn’t have any identifying documentation on him at the time of his arrest. Due to his level of intoxication, he was taken into custody.
