Isaiah Waitkus booked after failing to appear for speeding citation, 93 mph in a 70 mph zone

20-year-old Isaiah Waitkus was booked this week after failing to appear for a court date regarding a January citation for speeding and driving without a license. When he failed to appear, a simple citation turned into a bench warrant for his arrest. The original citation charges Waitkus with traveling at 93 mph in a 70 mph zone in his 2016 Honda Civic on January 14. The traffic stop also revealed he was driving without a license.

Isaiah Kiefer Waitkus of SE Springdale Dr in Mount Juliet, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on June 21st, charged with no driver’s license and speeding over 75 mph. He was released on his own recognizance.

    Back in the day- if you were stopped without a license, car impounded and arrested. Period.
    Let’s realize that if they don’t have a license, they don’t have insurance. I PAY for insurance and it went up BECAUSE of these people. I pay for registration and tags. Sorry not sorry. Take cars and fine..
