47-year-old Joshua Resnick contacted police in the early hours of Saturday morning on 5th Ave in downtown Nashville to report he had been assaulted. As paramedics attempted to load him into the back of an ambulance for transport, Resnick grabbed a glass bottle and threw it at officers. Due to his behavior, Resnick was medically cleared and taken into custody, charged with public intoxication.
Joshua E. Resnick was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on June 17th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
