Tourist Peter Mackley charged with DUI on a Lime Scooter in Nashville

47-year-old tourist Peter Mackley of Saginaw, MI, was charged with DUI late Friday night as he drunkenly drove a Lime Scooter on a major thoroughfare in East Nashville. Mackley was scooting on Ellington Parkway near Spring Street when officers conducted a traffic stop. It was immediately apparent to police that Mackley was extremely intoxicated. Mackley admitted to drinking 9-10 drinks, culminating with a “strong” drunk shortly before the traffic stop. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to booking.

Tourist Ryan Creamer charged with carrying a handgun on broadway while intoxicated

26-year-old Ryan Creamer, of Pennsylvania, was kicked out of Second Fiddle at 420 Broadway has police encountered him on the sidewalk. He was heavily intoxicated and had been causing a disturbance inside the venue. As police attempted to assist him, they noticed he was carrying a handgun in his waistband while intoxicated. He was taken into custody and transported to booking.

36-year-old Scott Gray III is charged with harassment after he came to his ex-girlfriend’s apartment and beat on her door. He fled before police arrived, but FaceTimed her while they were still there, stating ” “I know I’m going to jail.”, “I don’t care. I’ll come through the window.” and making other threats (detailed in the story…). He is free on a $2500 bond.
