19-year-old Nicholas Ba Balon is free on a $1,000 cash bond after police say after an evening of drinking alcohol, he went into the bedroom of his 16-year-old pregnant girlfriend who was sleeping on the bed, and punched her twice, once in the back of her head, and once on her upper arm, resulting in large bruises.
