Anthony Giorgianni was arrested early Saturday on two counts of sexual battery (SEXUAL BATTERY / T.C.A. 39-13-505 / NO CONSENT). Per police reports, he grabbed the butt cheeks of two different females, while walking up the steps of Tootsie’s. One victim reports her left butt cheek was grabbed from under her dress, and the other victim reports her right butt cheek was squeezed from the outside of her dress. Both victims were reported to have been “extremely offended and distraught over the incident”.
Giorgianni, according to his professional profile, is a Physiotherapist (MClScPT, MPT, BScKin, MCPA), specializing in sports medicine, and is an avid hockey player in Canada. He was booked into the Davidson County Sheriff’s Department at 1:30 AM, and released on a $7,000 cash bond just after 6 AM on Saturday.

Officer Ehrhardt was dispatched to 422 Broadway Nashville, Davidson County, on, 08/12/2017. [REDACTED/VICTIM], stated that the defendant, Anthony Giorgianni, grabbed her butt without her consent. The victim stated that as she was walking up the stairs at Tootsies Orchid Lounge, the defendant was behind her and proceeded to reach under her dress and grabbed her left butt cheek. She was extremely offended and distraught over the incident.

She stated that as they were walking up the stairs at Tootsies Orchid Lounge, the defendant was behind her and proceeded to place his hand on the outside of her dress and squeezed her right butt cheek. The victim turned around and yelled at the defendant, asking him what he thought he was doing. The victim was extremely offended and distraught over the incident.

Anthony graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. He then completed his Master’s of Science in Physical therapy at Western University in 2012. After graduating, Anthony spent 3 years practicing Physiotherapy in a Sports Medicine clinic in Calgary, Alberta, where he mentored under FCAMPT Physiotherapists. Since graduating, Anthony has during this time he completed extensive post-graduate Manual Physiotherapy training, IMS dry needling certification, and completed training in soft tissue release and the Mulligan manual therapy concept.
Most recently, Anthony has completed his post-graduate Masters in Manipulative Physiotherapy from Western University. This is the highest manual therapy certification available in Canada.
Anthony has been actively involved in a variety of sports since his youth including: hockey, soccer, wrestling and golf. Some of his other interests include fishing and playing musical instruments. Anthony enjoys treating sport injuries (acute or chronic) as well as everyday strains and sprains.
