Jonathan Bass was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for theft overnight. Though this was his first charge in Davidson County, he does have multiple other charges in Williamson Co, including 4 open similar theft cases. In this case, he took the Ninja’s and ran…. out the door.
On March 6th, Jonathan Bass entered a Nashville Walmart, got a shopping cart, and went to the housewares section. That is where he loaded up the cart with Ninja’s – Ninja blenders. In fact, he had approximately $600 worth of Ninja blenders in his cart before he made a dash for the door.
Bass made no attempt to pay, and bypassed all the points of sale, got the blenders in his vehicle, and fled the scene. MNPD was able to match store provided photos with license plate data to determine the identity of Jonathan Bass.
Bass was ROR’d during arraignment early this morning, and was released just after 5 AM. He will appear in court(or not) on 04/06/2018. His other Williamson County cases will have an appearance on 04/10/18.
