Timothy James Wiseman, 36, was going about his day on Tuesday afternoon, when he parked at the H.G. Hill grocery store. Everything was going great until he parked near some undercover detectives in an unmarked car, and they noticed the marijuana blunt in his hand.

Detectives say they were working surveillance in the area of Dickerson Pike & Broadmoor Drive, when Wisemen pulled his white Chevrolet Tahoe into the H.G. Hill parking lot, and parked close to their undercover car. An arrest report says the detectives immediately noticed a marijuana blunt in Wiseman’s hand, which caused them to exit their vehicle and go speak with Wiseman, who disclosed he had pistol in his jacket pocket.
