26-year-old Katlyn Hunley had to be detained by citizens on the street after she attacked an ex-boyfriend on the street, leaving him with a bloody nose, cuts to the face, and a smashed iPhone XR.
According to an arrest warrant for Katlyn Hunley, she was dating Darrell Pillow, who says he was out with friends near Divison & Demonbreun on October 20th when he noticed Kathlyn walking in his direction. He says she began to yell and got in his face, and then she began to strike him multiple times in his face, causing his nose to bleed and leaving a cut on the side of his nose. As he was attempted to stop the assault, she is said to have grabbed his iPhone XR and smashed it on the ground, shattering the device.
Hunley had to be restrained by other citizens on the street as she was allegedly attempting to strike others as her ex-boyfriend was fleeing the area. Katlyn Hunley was charged with domestic assault and vandalism, and is free on a $3,500 bond.
