While at the hospital, they reported, he was aggressive towards staff and was non-compliant. They escorted him out of the hospital to wait for the police. While interviewing him all he could respond with was grunts. Police were trying to tell him he was trespassing but to no avail.

He decided to walk away from police and down 23rd Avenue towards Charlotte Avenue but in the street in the oncoming traffic lane. Caylor locked his arms in front of his body to resist arrest while police had to direct traffic around him to avoid him from getting hit. Once they transported him to booking, they asked him if he remembered any of the incidents at all. He responded that he did not know what was going on so he was informed that he had been arrested.

Anthony Caylor was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. He was later freed on pre-trial release.
