31-year-old Devon Davis is jailed in lieu of a $3,500 bond after breaking his girlfriend’s iPhone. He reportedly also said he wished he could have hit her before he smashed her phone. Davis is charged with domestic assault and vandalism.

Devron Davis got into an argument with his girlfriend Alaya Morris. Devron Davis was angered and broke Alaya Morris’s phone. Devron Davis admitted to breaking the iPhone XS. Officers saw the broken phone and Officer Denton has pictures of the broken phone. Alaya Morris stated that Devron Davis stated that he wished he could hit her before he had broken her phone. Alaya stated that she is in fear that Devron Davis will eventually punch her.
