22-year-old Cierra Johnson was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Wednesday an outstanding warrant from July of last year, when her lover, Devontez Ellison, showed police the large scrapes and road rash covering his body after she told him to get in the car, then hit the gas as he was halfway inside, and drove down Murfreesboro Pike with him hanging out of the car. She fled the scene, Nashville Fire Medics responded to the scene Police, and a warrant was issued for her arrest. Johnson is free on a $2,500 bond.

ARREST WARRANT / AFFIDAVIT:
On 7/5/2020 at 0240 hours your affiant responded to 710 Murfreesboro Pike in Nashville, TN. Upon arrival contact with the victim, Devontez Ellison. Mr. Ellison stated that he was down the road on Murfreesboro Pike when the defendant, Cierra Johnson, told him to get into her car. The victim and the defendant are in an intimate dating relationship. When Mr. Ellison began to get into the car, Ms. Johnson then hit the gas dragging Mr. Ellison. Mr. Ellison was dragged down Murfreesboro Pike by the defendant. The victim sustained large scrapes to his back that appeared to be fresh and consistent with road rash. NFD responded to the scene but Mr. Ellison refused medical treatment. The victim stated that he wanted to prosecute and officers prosecuted on his behalf due to his visible injuries and allegation of a domestic assault.
