28-year-old Desirea Harris initially lost custody of her sons over a year ago, and in September she was notified she would not be regaining custody and that foster parent & Executive Director of the Hills Nashville, Casey Milleson, intended to formally adopt both of her boys. Metro Nashville Police located 47-year-old David Kariotis at his Infinity Music Row apartment and took him onto custody for outstanding out-of-state warrants in Chicago, who wishes to extradite him into their custody. Once he was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail, he was given a $150,000 bond on the fugitive of justice warrant. He then had a source hearing for his funds, posted the $150,000K bond via Grumpy’s bail bonds, and walked out the door.
Police say Jeremy Bauer told his boyfriend, 40-year-old Brett Finch, to “go to bed and stop arguing” after dinner and drinks. That’s when Bauer says Finch struck him in the face, causing a laceration to his lip. Police responded to the scene, and documented visible scratches on the victim’s neck and discovered a cracked screen on the victim’s phone, which Brett reportedly threw to the ground. Police issued two warrants for the arrest of Finch, as he had already fled the scene, and he was booked into the Metro Jail this week.
Vanell Coble spent his 26th birthday in the Metro Nashville Jail this week, as he was arrested two days prior after his mother says he knocked on her door and once she opened it, he grabbed her by the shirt and pushed her backward ten feet into the apartment, resulting in a scratch to her forehead.
Coble’s bond is set at $1,000, and there’s a hold on his release from Smyrna Police due to multiple outstanding probation and failure to appear warrants.
22-year-old Cierra Johnson was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Wednesday an outstanding warrant from July of last year, when her lover, Devontez Ellison, showed police the large scrapes and road rash covering his body after she told him to get in the car, then hit the gas as he was halfway inside, and drove down Murfreesboro Pike with him hanging out of the car. She fled the scene, Nashville Fire Medics responded to the scene Police, and a warrant was issued for her arrest. Johnson is free on a $2,500 bond.
27-year-old Joe Visor was charged with possession of oxycodone and contraband in a penal institution after detectives watched him perform a hand-to-hand transaction, and 163 oxycodone pills were located in his crotch at booking.
33-year-old Charles Gordon was charged with theft and criminal impersonation after he gave officers an incorrect name and date of birth, and was discovered to have twelve outstanding warrants.
Douglas Alan Crews was taken into custody Sunday, March 31st – the day before his 48th birthday, for a warrant that’s been outstanding for 20 years. On July of 1999, Commissioner Houston Hagar signed a warrant for Crews’ arrest, charging him with a felony drug offense.

Fatal gunfire in a public housing parking lot last July has resulted in the first-degree murder indictment of Treshon Patton, 23, who surrendered at the MNPD Warrants Division office downtown just before midnight last night. Patton, of 14th Avenue South, is accused of killing Anthony London, 23, of Carterwood Drive, in an exchange of gunfire on July 22, 2017, in a parking lot on S. 6th Street.
