39-year-old Anthony Hodge called 911 fourteen times in two hours from Five Points in East Nashville Sunday night. He told dispatchers that a Koala bear was sending electric shocks to knock the phone out of his hand. He is charged with making non-emergency calls to 911.
32-year-old David Cook was charged with assault on an officer after he requested to speak to the Mobile Crisis Unit and when officers were standing around him, he became upset and threw his cell phone striking one officer in the chest.
30-year-old Joshua Jones was charged with an act of terrorism when he called the Emergency Communication Center and Mobile Crisis with threats specific towards their staff, courthouse occupants, the general downtown Nashville population, and others.
