Charlie Masingo assaults woman after friend pours drink on her during altercation

21-year-old Charlie Masingo was involved in an altercation at Merchants Restaurant on December 31st with her friend Savannah Mcclellan. When officers arrived at the location, they found Masingo detained and inebriated. Officers learned that Savannah Mcclellan had poured a drink on the victim and that Masingo assaulted the victim afterwards. While speaking with the victim of the altercation, officers observed lacerations on her face stemming from the fight. Officers also located a witness who confirmed that Masingo was involved in the altercation. Masingo was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication and assault.

Leah Johnson jailed after brawl at Ole Red for being too intoxicated in public

19-year-old Leah Johnson was jailed on Monday morning after officers found her drunk at Ole Red on Broadway in the midst of a brawl that occurred among patrons. She smelled strongly of alcohol as she aggressively argued with bystanders and was asked to leave the location, but she refused. She was taken into custody for being a public nuisance and a danger to herself and others.

Jonathan De La Rosa too drunk for Jason Aldean’s Bar in downtown Nashville

25-year-old Jonathan De La Rosa was reportedly acting disorderly at Jason Aldean’s bar on Broadway late New Year’s Eve. Security warned Jonathan about his behavior. He continued to be disruptive, so he was placed into handcuffs and escorted out of the bar due to his level of intoxication. Jonathan was turned over to Metro Nashville Police, who transported him to booking and charged him with public intoxication.
