Downtown officers were alerted to a man drinking at Jason Aldean’s Bar on Broadway who was in possession of a handgun inside the bar. Police arrived and located 21-year-old Michael Hoskins, from Leitchfield, KY, who admitted he was both drinking and carrying his firearm. He was described as smelling of alcohol, and with slurred speech while being unsteady on his feet. Hoskins was taken into custody and transported to booking.
21-year-old Wyatt Thomas Whitlock, of Newalla, OK, threw a large metal chair from the third story of Jason Aldean’s rooftop bar on Saturday, sticking a female in the head, who was on the sidewalk below. The victim, Madison Ferguson, suffered a severe laceration requiring medical treatment. Police located Whitlock, who was heavily intoxicated, and he stated he did it “by accident”. He is charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Cameron Robert Stefani says he met an engaged couple, 29-year-old Michell Hill and her fiancée, Sara Pickard, at Jason Aldean’s Bar in downtown Nashville Saturday night into Sunday morning. He says the trio got into an Uber and he was returning to their hotel room with them. As he kissed Sara inside the Uber, Michelle reportedly became upset and at first lightly punches Sara, then assaulted her with a full-on punch to the face. He says the Uber driver stopped the vehicle and the two men separated the two women, and after things calmed down, they all continued to the hotel. Security at the hotel noticed Sara’s freshly bruised eye and alerted police. Officers arrived and took Michelle to jail for 12 hours, charging her with domestic assault.
27-year-old Samuel Garrett was charged with public intoxication after he was escorted out of Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar.
46-year-old Jeremy Parks was charged with public intoxication after he approached police to report that security at Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar had pushed him down the stairs.
We can now confirm that 3 employees of Tequila Cowboy(TC Restaurant Group) have been terminated as a result of the brutal assault of a patron that continued even after they handcuffed him while he was on the floor, eventually sending him to the hospital after Metro Police say the staff illegally detained the victim while beating him.

Just before 1 AM on Thursday morning, police say Christopher John Keel, 44, sexually assaulted a woman on the 2nd floor of Jason Aldean’s Kitchen & Rooftop Bar in downtown Nashville.
