Jamison Whatley resists arrest, refuses to leave Jason Aldean’s Bar

24-year-old Jamison Whatley was being disorderly at Jason Aldean’s in downtown Nashville on February 3rd. Security for the establishment flagged officers down, advising them that Whatley refused to leave after being asked repeatedly to do so. Officers arrived and told him he needed to leave the bar or would be arrested for trespassing, but he did not listen. Officers tried to detain him, but he became resistive, swinging his arms forward and locking them out. After minimal force, they were able to arrest him, and he was taken into custody for criminal trespass and resisting arrest.

Travis Hawkins punches man in face during altercation at Jason Aldean’s Bar

25-year-old Travis Hawkins had a scuffle with Kelvin Javonte Jacobs at Jason Aldean’s Bar in the early hours of January 1st. Hawkins was asked to leave several times and refused before punching Jacobs. Leaving a scratch below Jacobs’s right eye and giving him a swollen lip. Travis Hawkins was taken into custody for assault and criminal trespassing.

Jonathan De La Rosa too drunk for Jason Aldean’s Bar in downtown Nashville

25-year-old Jonathan De La Rosa was reportedly acting disorderly at Jason Aldean’s bar on Broadway late New Year’s Eve. Security warned Jonathan about his behavior. He continued to be disruptive, so he was placed into handcuffs and escorted out of the bar due to his level of intoxication. Jonathan was turned over to Metro Nashville Police, who transported him to booking and charged him with public intoxication.

Chattanooga teen Everett Driver uses fake ID at Jason Aldean’s; tosses dink from the rooftop

18-year-old Everett Driver from Chattanooga threw a cup of ice from the rooftop of Jason Aldean’s Bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville, according to police who were working in the district late Friday night. The cup nearly struck an officer on the ground. Security identified Driver as the person who threw the cup using recorded video. Upon identifying Driver, it was discovered he was only 18 years old and had two fake TN IDs in his possession, each with different birthdays, making him over the age of 21.

NY teen Margaret Patrick uses fake ID to drink at Jason Aldean’s Bar in downtown Nashville

19-year-old New York tourist Margaret Patrick was jailed in Nashville late Friday night after it was discovered she was using a fake ID to drink at Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville. She was with a younger teenager who tossed cups of ice from the rooftop, bringing the couple to the attention of the police. As they identified her, it became clear that her identification was not genuine. The ID was seized, and she was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Payton Phillips bounced from taxi and Jason Aldean’s bar in Nashville

26-year-old Payton Phillips was unruly in a taxi, and the driver got out of the vehicle to approach police at the Shell station Hermitage Ave on Thursday. The taxi driver told the officers that he no longer wanted him in his cab due to his behavior. Payton stumbled out of the cab and spoke with the police. He had visible signs of intoxication and smelled strongly of alcohol while telling police that he recently was kicked out of Jason Aldean’s. Police asked him if he had friends around but he stated that he was alone. When police attempted to help him get an Uber he said that he left his phone in the Taxi. They could not find the phone, so they placed him into custody for public intoxication due to him being a danger to himself.

Ethan Mullins threatens to kill police and others at Jason Aldean’s bar in Nashville

21-year-old Ethan Mullins was threatening to fight and kill people at Jason Aldean’s Bar in the early hours of Sunday morning. Security asked him to leave the venue due to his behavior, but Mullins refused. Metro Nashville Police arrived, and he threatened to kill the responding officers. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Anthony Wade pulls down pants & makes it rain on patrons at Jason Aldean’s Bar, per report

Bouncers say 23-year-old Anthony Kevin Wade was at Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar late Friday night when he pulled down his pants and urinated on multiple patrons. Metro Nasvhille Police arrived, and Wade was swaying and repeating his statements in an obvious state of extreme intoxication. He was given an opportunity to get a ride back to his hotel or home, and he refused all assistance, including calling a friend to retrieve him. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication. Patrons were not charged extra for the golden shower.

Jimmy Funyak arrested after disturbance at Jason Aldean’s bar in downtown Nashville

Police say 32-year-old James ‘Jimmy’ Funyak was starting fights with other patrons in line at Jason Aldean’s bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville late Friday night. Security flagged down police officers, and Funyak initially left the area. He returned a short time later and was now stumbling and falling into the other patrons in line as well as those walking by on the street. Due to the great disturbance he was causing to everyone around him and his increased level of intoxication, he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication. 

Emily Heller attempts to use her telephone number as ID to get into Jason Aldean’s bar

Police say 21-year-old Barstool Athlete Emily Heller of Long Island was extremely intoxicated when they encountered her attempting to enter Jason Aldean’s bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville. She was attempting to use her phone number as her identification, according to officers. The Florida Gators Lacrosse player was not with any friends that officers could locate to care for her. She had slurred speech and was having trouble standing. She was taken into custody for public intoxication and transported to booking. She stated she was attempting to use her phone number as identification as she had left her driver’s license inside the bar.
