48-year-old Barbara Montgomery is jailed on her 4th DUI charge, after MNPD found her passed out behind the wheel of her vehicle in a McDonald’s parking lot with her car in drive, and foot on the brake. She had taken Suboxone, Gabapentin, adderall, and Lithium.
Jonathan Harrington, 33, is now charged with vandalism, after police say he urinated on a Metro Nashville Police Officer’s private vehicle, and smashed the back window with a stone. Harrington had an interaction with another Metro Officer earlier in the day.
18-year old Nicholas Vaughn Parmer is charged with using a false ID to obtain alcohol, underage consumption, and felony vandalism after he told police he used the fake to drink at Lonnie’s Western Room – Karaoke Bar & Piranhas Nashville, and had been at the Travis Scott concert, while they were arresting him for breaking the glass out of a 2nd ave storefront.
