Airplane pilot charged with DUI after taking drugs and rolling vehicle with a revoked driver’s license

43-year-old Mark Scott Bornemann is charged with DUI after police found him inside his crashed vehicle, which landed on its side after a collision on Briley Parkway on March 16th. Bornemann, who is a licensed pilot, had his license to drive on land revoked years ago, and told officers he had taken Gabapentin before driving, but not for any diagnosed injury or illness. Police say he was nodding out, sweating profusely, and couldn’t stay awake during their interview.

48-year-old Barbara Montgomery is jailed on her 4th DUI charge, after MNPD found her passed out behind the wheel of her vehicle in a McDonald’s parking lot with her car in drive, and foot on the brake. She had taken Suboxone, Gabapentin, adderall, and Lithium.

Man asked police to help locate and retrieve meth he left in hotel room, they obliged

Officers told Walden they were going to make contact with the people in his hotel room, and he gave them the room number, and asked the officers if they could search for and locate the rest of the crystal meth he had left in the hotel room, while they were there.
