38-year-old Zac Glover is charged with domestic assault after admitting to pushing an apple smoothie into the face of his wife during an argument Monday morning. She threw the cup back at him, but not before the smoothie mixture had covered her face, body, floor, and walls. Glover is free on a $1,000 cash bond.

| On 10/4/2021 0714 officers responded to a domestic incident involving the subject and his wife. The subject and victim both state that the subject purposefully pushed an apple smoothie into the face of the victim during the midst of an argument. The victim took this as seriously offensive and provocative and responded by throwing the smoothie cup at the suspect. Officers observed smoothie on the victim’s face and on the walls and floor inside the residence. The suspect was then placed under arrest without incident. He was identified as the primary aggressor based on both victim and suspect statements as well as the physical evidence which was consistent with the statements made. The victim stated that the subject had stated “I’m going to get my shotgun” and when the victim asked why that the subject said “to use on myself.” The suspect’s suicidal ideation will be evaluated while at booking. |
