Joshua Garmon steals $15 worth of merchandise from JCPenney

34-year-old Joshua Garmon, an employee at Madtown Coffee, tried to exit with merchandise without paying at JC Penney in the Rivergate Mall on February 25th. The loss prevention officer observed this, caught him, and then detained him, during which they discovered $15.00 worth of stolen items. When officers arrived, they cited Garmon for the incident on February 25th. Garmon was taken into custody on March 18th.

Kelsey Musick charged with DUI after driving without a tire

35-year-old Kelsey Musick was the driver of a vehicle blocking traffic on Conference Drive near State Auto on September 22nd. Police noticed the vehicle had a front driver-side tire missing, and the back driver-side tire was deflated. Also, a long engraved line was in the roadway leading up to Kelsey’s vehicle. At this time, a woman came up and told police that she believed that the driver, Kelsey, was intoxicated. Police found Kelsey next to the vehicle, unsteady on her feet and with the odor of alcohol emitting from her breath. Kelsey performed poorly on the sobriety tests, and she agreed to provide a blood sample. Police transported her to General Hospital for a blood draw and then to booking.

DUI: Earl Stocker, 71, used heroin before passing out behind the wheel

71-year-old Earl James Stocker of Florida was found unresponsive behind the wheel of his vehicle at the Baymont Inn in Goodlettsville around lunch Saturday. First responders arrived to check on his welfare and located .5 grams of heroin and a glass pipe with white residue on his person. Stocker stated he used heroin, and it was possibly laced with Fentanyl.
