Brian Marsh pulls gun on his grandmother & demands money to pay for a lawyer

21-year-old Brian Marsh was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Tuesday on an outstanding warrant charging him with the felony aggravated assault of his grandmother with a deadly weapon. The warrant states that two days after Christmas, Brian Marsh showed up at the home of his grandmother, Rebecca Marsh, while he was high on drugs and brandishing a pistol which he waved and pointed at her. She pushed the gun out of her way and told him to go on, at which time he grabbed her arms and said “I know you have money, you’re just not giving it to me”. The grandmother told detectives he was seeking money in order to pay for a criminal defense lawyer for an arrest in Rutherford County on drug and gun charges.

Taresha Randall charged for her role in brutal Thanksgiving beating at Vibes Bar & Lounge

29-year-old Taresha Randall was jailed this week on an outstanding warrant detailing her role in the beating of Keila Ruiz at Vibes Bar & Lounge last Thanksgiving. During the investigation of the aggravated assault, it was discovered on security footage that Taresha Randall grabbed Ruiz and held her while she was punched and kicked in her head and face by her ex-boyfriend, David White, and his new girlfriend. Randall is charged with felony aggravated assault – acting in concert.

Nashville man charged with repeatedly slamming wife against kitchen counter over dinner argument

A Nashville wife and mother came to the Family Safety Center Thursday to report her husband, 42-year-old Shivan Yasin, repeatedly slammed her body against a kitchen counter when she came home from shopping and he confronted her about cooking dinner.

Woman takes out warrant on girlfriend after weed argument, goes home & calls 911: “come get her”

Lachrisha Poynter visited MNPD’s Family Safety Center on May 17th to report that her girlfriend, Moneice Jackson, asked her for marijuana to smoke, and when she refused to provide it, grabbed her torso and threw a TV remote control at her, striking her on the lip. After the warrant was signed, she went back to her home, where her girlfriend was staying with her and called 911 to report a person was there with a warrant and needed to be picked up.
