21-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Bradley Cheek is now charged with the rape of a Nashville woman who he was seeing while his wife is pregnant. We covered Cheek in April when he strangled his ex-girlfriend and now rape victim, telling her, “I’m 170lbs of pure muscle, and if I wanted to, I could destroy you.” Prior to that, we covered him in July 2022 when he assaulted his wife. Cierra Brown charged in assault of musician in downtown Nashville

18-year-old Cierra Brown is charged with the assault of downtown musician Sarah Wortham. Wortham was pulling her music equipment along 4th Ave just before midnight on April 28. Brown was driving by and began to honk as she was partially in the roadway. Wortham struck the hood of Brown’s car with her hand and continued to walk away onto the sidewalk. Brown exited her vehicle and followed Wortham, and came up from behind and hit her in her upper body, knocking her down onto the sidewalk. The victim required medical treatment, including multiple stitches to her forehead. Brown fled the scene but was identified by a surveillance camera on 4th Ave North which captured the assault.

Victoria Grissom charged with DUI after driving through construction site in Nashville

29-year-old Victoria Grissom was found driving around a private construction site on Adams Street late Tuesday night, and on-site security observed her driving into a closed gate and around the site. She appeared to be intoxicated and was detained until Metro Nashville Police could arrive. She admitted to having one cocktail and one shot of tequila before driving. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and later blew a 0.161% BAC on a breathalyzer, twice the legal limit.

Manager Christian Tyler named as McThief of downtown McDonald’s

21-year-old Christian Tyler is a manager at the McDonald’s on Broadway in downtown Nashville. Two weeks ago, he abruptly stopped showing up for work. At that same time, Grayco Management noticed multiple discrepancies in the store’s cash deposits made between April 7 and April 30. After reviewing security footage, Tyler was observed on four separate occasions concealing cash into his waistband instead of placing it into the Loomis safe. The total amount of the missing money was determined to be $5,589. The management company left him multiple messages to return the money, and he eventually blocked their number and never returned to work.

Christopher Tucker charged with spitting on a bouncer at Luke Bryan’s Bar in Nashville

23-year-old Christopher Tucker was booked on a citation this week, charging him with the assault of a bouncer at Luke Bryan’s Bar in downtown Nashville on April 21. Employees of the venue flagged down a Metro Nashville Police Officer when Tucker refused to leave the bar after he was being disorderly. He was threatening to fight both security and other patrons and had to be restrained. He reportedly spat on one of the employees, Jordyn Lockett, during the altercation.

James Morrissettie jailed after being drunk and disorderly in downtown Nashville

53-year-old James Morrissettie was jailed in the early hours of Sunday morning after causing a disturbance outside of Miranda Lambert’s bar in downtown Nashville. A witness, who was a Canadian firefighter, had to rip James off his girlfriend after the two engaged in a physical altercation. Both parties were extremely intoxicated and the victim wasn’t able to tell officers where she was. Neither party wanted to press any charges, and James was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Tourist Timmy Ulinger — drunk and disorderly in downtown Nashville

22-year-old Timothy Ulinger was standing on the sidewalk in front of Tequila Cowboy Saturday night while holding and drinking an alcoholic beverage. Officers approached Ulinger and explained he could not drink alcohol on the public sidewalk. He continued to drink while looking at the officer but otherwise ignored him. He was unable to locate any friends to retrieve him and was too intoxicated to be left on his own. He eventually threw his drink onto the ground, splashing several people. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Parker Short: too drunk for downtown Nashville

21-year-old Parker Short was drunk and alone in downtown Nashville when officers found him just before 3 a.m. Saturday. He had just been in a fight and was now swaying when attempting to stand and could not form cohesive sentences. He reeked of alcohol and was unable to tell officers where his AirBNB was so they could arrange for him to get there safely. He was unable to contact anyone to retrieve him, so he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Kevin Blair charged in assault of man at Jason Aldean’s bar in downtown Nashville

Nathan Lipe was at Jason Aldean’s bar Saturday night when he believed he saw one of his friends. He attempted to gain the man’s attention by tapping him on his upper back. The man, who turned out o be 52-year-old tourist Kevin Blair, was not the friend he believed him to be. In response to the tap on the back, Blair turned without delay, and punched Lipe in the face twice, sending him to the hospital for his injuries. Blair initially told police he punched the man for grabbing his wife’s buttocks, but complete video of their interaction proved that allegation to be untrue. Blair was taken into custody and charged with assault and disorderly conduct.

Intoxicated teen William Burke threatens to kill police officers at Steeplechase in Nashville

19-year-old William Burke of Chickering Circle in Nashville wandered onto the restricted area of the horse racing track at the Iroquois Steeplechase Saturday. He was approached by event security along with Metro Nashville Police officers, and as they moved closer, he ran from both. Burke was detained a short distance away. As they inquired as to why he was on the track, he screamed, “fuck you!” at the officers, along with other repeated vulgar language. He was visibly intoxicated and admitted to drinking, despite being 19 years old. As he was taken into custody for his disorderly behavior he told Officer Richardson, “I’m going to kill y’all.”
