DUI: Samantha Allen attempts to run over police officers in BMW i3, crashes into yard

38-year-old Samantha Jo Allen was being disorderly near Southside Place on the night of March 4th. When officers arrived, Allen’s friends advised them that she had been consuming alcohol before driving off in her black BMW. After a brief search, officers located her in an alleyway behind Southside Place, lying back in the driver’s seat of her BMW i3, fully reclined. When officers approached the car, they shined a flashlight through the window, causing Allen to jump up in her seat and become responsive. Allen exhibited multiple indicators of intoxication, such as having bloodshot eyes. When Allen noticed the officers, she began reversing her BMW, nearly hitting Officers Bene, Mendoza, and Ireland. Then, officers told her to park her car and exit, which she ignored as she maneuvered past them, nearly hitting them again before she fled. After officers searched the area, they found Allen near 9th Circle South and Olympic Street, where she had crashed her BMW into a yard, hitting a parked car. Allen started running away between two nearby houses until detectives pursued her and told her to stop, which she complied with. Allen was taken into custody for driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, and three counts of aggravated assault on a first responder on March 6th.

DUI: Clayton McCool found stopped in the middle of an active roadway

35-year-old Clayton McCool stopped in the middle of an active roadway on Division Street in the early hours of February 4th. Officers observed this when they arrived and asked him to exit the vehicle. McCool’s keys were found on the sidewalk as he told them he had been driving but was unaware of how they ended up on the sidewalk. They observed McCool to be visibly intoxicated as he consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. Officers Mirandized McCool as he refused to provide a blood sample and informed him of implied consent. McCool was taken into custody for driving under the influence and an implied consent violation.

Eddrionna Wilbourn charged with public intoxication on Acklen Ave

21-year-old Eddrionna Wilbourn was found drunkenly stumbling on the sidewalk on Acklen Ave late Saturday night. Neighbors called police, who responded and noted her visible intoxication. She stated she had only been drinking and refused to leave the area. Officers determined she was unable to care for herself and took her into custody for public intoxication.

Drunken Cookeville Veterinarian Francis Baker goes wild in Nashville during soccer game

42-year-old Francis Seth Baker, a Cookeville Veterinarian, walked out of the soccer game at Geodis Stadium Saturday night in what his wife described as a ‘very intoxicated’ state, taking the car keys with him. When his wife and the rest of the family searched for him, the vehicle was gone, and they contacted the police. Officers were able to find his location using their iCloud account, and as they drove to the location, they spotted the vehicle with Baker driving. He stopped out of the vehicle and was visibly intoxicated. After performing poorly on field sobriety tests, he was placed into a patrol car when he attempted to push himself away from arresting officers. He then lunged out of the vehicle and wrapped his legs around one of the officers. He then claimed to be hyperventilating and was evaluated by Nashville Fire medics. He spit on officers and responding medics and was transported to be medically cleared before being booked into jail. 

Nashville drag queen ‘Britney Banks’ jailed for punching husband Ryan in face (Chase Brisentine)

40-year-old Chase Brisentine, better known as Nashville’s very own “Glamazon” drag queen “Britney Banks,” was jailed early Sunday morning after punching his husband, Ryan Brisentine, in the face. The two were driving home from a friend’s house when they got into a verbal argument. Ryan, who was driving, said Chase then punched him in the face multiple times. Officers documented visible injuries to Ryan’s face. Chase admitted to the assault, stating he “got annoyed” with his husband, so he punched him.

Samuel Larson jailed after drunkenly walking in roadway of Franklin Pike after party

18-year-old Samuel Larson was observed walking in the second lane of Franklin Pike late Friday night as he left a large party in the 4400 block of Franklin Pike. Police say he was stumbling back and forth as he walked along the roadway. He reportedly reeked of alcohol and admitted to only being eighteen years old and drinking. Larson was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Julius Lorinc assaults his wife after she finds a flash drive in his laundry

44-year-old Julius Lorinc was jailed this week on an outstanding warrant charging him with the domestic assault of his wife, Vanderbilt Doctor & owner of Harpeth Meadows Stables, Amanda Lorinc. Amanda told police she was doing laundry on April 23 when she found a flash drive among her husband’s belongings while folding clothes. She waited for her husband to arrive home and confronted him about the flash drive, and asked him what was on it. He became agitated and pushed and shoved her while attempting to retrieve the flash drive from her grasp. He eventually grabbed her right hand and ripped the flash drive away, leaving a small injury on her hand, which was documented by police. During the incident, she says he also pushed her onto the bed while holding her neck. A warrant was issued for his arrest, and he was booked into custody this week.

Parker Short: too drunk for downtown Nashville

21-year-old Parker Short was drunk and alone in downtown Nashville when officers found him just before 3 a.m. Saturday. He had just been in a fight and was now swaying when attempting to stand and could not form cohesive sentences. He reeked of alcohol and was unable to tell officers where his AirBNB was so they could arrange for him to get there safely. He was unable to contact anyone to retrieve him, so he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
