31-year-old Keenan Hardy is charged with vandalism after police say he admitted destroying his wife’s cell phone by smashing it multiple times on the ground. He is also alleged to have placed his wife on the ground three times during a scuffle while a 12-year-old child watched. The pair are in the process of divorcing.
31-year-old Allen Shull is charged with felony aggravated assault after he, along with others, severely beat a witness who called police to report them fighting in the parking lot of an apartment complex. The witness requested that her identity not be revealed, however, Nashville Police officers walked from the suspects’ apartment to her apartment, leading the assailants directly to her front door. Police say it was a “regrettable misunderstanding”.
Christopher Hill and Marissa Sardar, both 34-years-old, were charged with DUI (and DUI: vehicle owner) after he turned his DJ friend’s Audi the wrong way onto a one-way street. Police say he was ‘very disrespectful’ to law enforcement, making threats to punch officers in the face if he saw them downtown in the future, and taking his frustration out on the patrol vehicle once inside it.
28-year-old Darian Morris faces a variety of charges, including vandalism and domestic assault, after police say her boyfriend, Ryan Noble, 33, called to report his girlfriend was chasing him around a parking lot and had scratched his face. She later lunged at an officer with her mouth open, attempting to bite him.
On February 8th, Dakarrie Adams, Mark Banks, and Joshua Foster were charged with unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, felony drug possession, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, after Goodlettsville Police noticed a vehicle ‘full of smoke’ that was reportedly ‘suspicious’.
21-year-old Cornelius Williams is charged with domestic assault by offensive/provocative contact after spitting on his sister and pushing her, according to a witness.
EXCLUSIVE – Scoop: Nashville has obtained messages exchanged between 15-year-old murder victim EJ Utley and his accused teen killers Wilton Alexander & Trameisha Farris. It appears Trameisha met with EJ under the pretense of having sex, and her boyfriend (and EJ’s cousin) Wilton is alleged to have then killed him on his own porch when she visited. The messages are unclear if the pair pre-mediated the event together as a setup, or if Wilton gained access to the private messages and sought out the location where they were meeting.
21-year-old Savannah Greene is now charged with domestic assault her boyfriend, David Ambrose, came to West Precinct to report she had scratched his hand while snatching his phone from him.
25-year-old Brittany Summers is charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after throwing a tote at her husband, who she says was cheating, then chasing him through the house with a hairdryer and hitting him with it – which he captured on video.
