30-year-old Vincent Gilmore was booked on the citation of failing to report an accident and leaving the scene of an accident on April 12th. Around 11:47 a.m. officers spoke with Gilmore, who called regarding him being involved in a car accident. Gilmore stated he was struck by an unknown white four door sedan that he did not get the information from. Gilmore added that he was “shaken up” from the experience and “didn’t think to call the police” at the time of the collision. He was then cited for the incident that day. Gilmore was later booked on the citation of failing to report an accident and leaving the scene of an accident on May 7th.

Tourist Evan Dole charged with DUI and drug possession charges after driving erratically in downtown Nashville
27-year-old Evan Dole faces DUI and drug-related charges after driving erratically near 6th & Broadway in downtown Nashville. Police were called after Dole drove through barricades, narrowly missing a pedestrian just before 10 a.m. Monday. He was sitting on the curb by his vehicle when officers made contact with Dole; he had red, watery eyes and unnatural speech patterns. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and consented to a blood test. An inventory search of the vehicle found 10.3 grams of marijuana bud inside a black ‘Good Day Farm’ bag and 1.5 oz inside liquid marijuana cartridges.
Las Vegas man pushes officer, resists arrest, at Jason Aldean’s Bar — John Purciful arrested
Metro Nashville Police were responding to a fight at Jason Aldean’s bar in downtown Nashville. As officers were attempting to separate involved parties, 42-year-old John Elliot Purciful of Las Vegas began to interrupt and interfere with officers taking one of the parties into custody. He was pushing his way into the officer’s workspace and refused guided attempts at moving out of the way. Purciful eventually pushed an officer and resisted when officers attempted to detain him.
Brendan Dixson charged after being drunk and disorderly in downtown Nashville
Metro Nashville Police Officers working the Entertainment District Initiative Fright night encountered 27-year-old Brendan Dixon attempting to get into a closed business on Broadway while yelling and banging on the door. He was asked to move along and enjoy his evening but continued to cause a distraction to other patrons walking by. He left momentarily but moments later returned to bang on the door again. Due to his level of intoxication and propensity to continue to damage property and be a public annoyance, Dixson was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
Man crashes work van into strip club fence after leaving inside; drank “half-bottle of jack” — Robert Fontaine
33-year-old Robert Fontaine was dressed in his work shirt and driving his Nashville Machine Elevator work van when he arrived at Pure Gold’s Crazy Horse Nashville Friday evening. As he was leaving the strip club, security attempted to dissuade him from driving due to his level of intoxication, however, he fled the parking lot, crashing into the fence along McCann St. He would later tell officers he had a “half-bottle of Jack”. Due to being transported to the hospital, field sobriety tests were not completed. Fontaine was charged with DUI and is free on pre-trial release.
