39-year-old Nashville socialite Katherine “Katie” Koban Braddy was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Wednesday on an outstanding warrant from July, charging her with the domestic assault of her husband, William Henry Braddy, III. Court records allege she hit him with her hand, leaving an injury on his cheek, leaving him bleeding after the couple was in an argument at their home in July. Her husband reportedly asked to hold their child and reached for him in the crib when she hit him in the face and fled the residence, taking their son. In an extraordinarily rare move, the judge waived the 12-hour state-mandated domestic violence hold. She is free on a $1,000 cash bond, which was posted by her husband.
