52-year-old Michele McConville was asked to leave the Holiday Inn Express on Broadway and refused. Police and medics responded to the scene to find her heavily intoxicated and making threats while yelling. She was aggressive to both hotel staff and medics, even tossing bark at the medics.
32-year-old Harry Brandon Russell, of Pulaski, is charged with felony aggravated assault/strangulation after police say grabbed his girlfriend, Shelbey Ebersole, inside a room of the downtown Holiday Inn Express in the early morning hours of New Year’s Day. The victim’s brother eventually had to pull Russell off of her after he slammed her into the wall of a bathroom and used both his hands to strangle her until she was unable to breathe and could no longer call for help.
The argument reportedly started after he felt she came back to the room late and wasn’t answering her phone. Russell is free on a $25,000 bond.
Nashville Police say 30-year-old Adam Jay Newman was exposing it all outside the Holiday Inn Express in the early hours of Wednesday morning, roaming around the parking lot and sitting in a car while naked and not caring that he was exposed to the world. #VisitMusicCity
21-year-old Winston Cherry was charged with aggravated assault when he threatened a man in the parking garage at Holiday Inn Express with a knife after the man confronted Cherry and his friends about their use of vulgar language.
